King duvet cover set dimensions

Our king duvet cover sets measure 230 x 220 cm, sized to fit a standard UK king duvet with enough room for it to move and loft properly rather than feeling cramped. Each set includes two Housewife pillowcases at 50 x 75 cm.

King vs. super king — checking you've got the right size

King and super king covers are easy to confuse when shopping online, since the names sit right next to each other. Our king set is cut at 230 x 220 cm, while super king measures 260 x 220 cm — a 30 cm difference in width that matters if you order the wrong one. If you're not certain which size your duvet is, measuring it directly is more reliable than going by memory.

If you're unsure which bedding size you need, see our UK duvet and duvet cover size guide for standard Single, Double, King and Super King measurements.

Matching the cover to your duvet, not just your bed

A king duvet cover is sized for a king duvet specifically, and while king beds and king duvets are usually paired together, it's worth confirming your duvet's actual size before ordering, particularly if you're replacing a cover on its own without replacing the duvet at the same time.

What's included

Each set comes as a three-piece bundle: one 230 x 220 cm duvet cover, plus two matching Housewife pillowcases, all in the same fabric and design.

FAQ

What size is a king duvet cover set?
230 x 220 cm for the duvet cover, plus two Housewife pillowcases at 50 x 75 cm each.
What's the difference between king and super king duvet cover sets?
King measures 230 x 220 cm, while super king measures 260 x 220 cm — a 30 cm difference in width. Measuring your duvet directly is the safest way to confirm which you need.
Will a king cover fit a super king duvet?
No, it will be too small and won't allow the duvet to sit properly. Matching the cover size exactly to your duvet size gives the best fit.
How many pillowcases come with the king set?
Two matching Housewife pillowcases, made from the same fabric and design as the duvet cover.
Is the king set the same fabric as the double and super king sets?
Yes, every size uses the same 100% cotton, 200 thread count fabric, so the finish stays consistent across the whole range.
